Demonstrating our newly installed BTS Vector Gait Plate, and the reports you can request from this super exciting tool.

• We will demonstrate changes in alignment (fine tuning) and show the changing ground reaction force (GRF) up on the big screen. 

As a clinic, we are working towards modifying digital designs of AFOs linked to measured gait outcomes. That's our pathway. Knowing more and sharing information are our next steps.

We are expanding our helmet therapy services and partnering with Serkel to provide 3D modelled and printed helmets for the treatment of plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Our newly purchased TechMed3D Scanner provides highly accurate cranial scans. Outcome reports can be used to track progress from early intervention therapies and can provide a greater understanding of whether helmet therapy should be prescribed. This workshop will be a valuable opportunity to share information, answer questions and demonstrate the services in person. We are excited to share that the General Manager of Serkel, Lucy Walczak, will be with us in person to provide you with her valuable knowledge and gift bags - definitely worth coming to!

 3D scanning experience and purposes. We now have four different scanning/digitizing options to choose from for client outcomes. Come along, and in the workshop we will demonstrate the different systems. You can choose to be scanned and see how we utilise these new "casts" in our digital workflow.

 We specialise in linking prescriptions to AFO/SMO designs. As clinicians, we 3D model digital casts and create the AFO files for printing through Freeform Geomagic with a digital haptic device.... Much easier to demonstrate than explain it! Within the workshop we will briefly run through what we mean by digital alignment, cast modifications, 3D modelling SMOs, 3D modelling AFOs and the funky pictures our clients chose for their AFOs. There are programs that allow us to share designs and information with referrers or families. We would love to hear from you in the workshop if these would be of interest and whether you would like us to grow this side of our business.

 We are striving to record and review client's measurable outcomes to better understand orthotic prescriptions and designs. Within this workshop we will be demonstrating our base measurements, how we are recording them, and the way we are currently reporting them. We will share some cheap and proven web camera set ups for basic gait and outcome recordings. Also, keen to hear what others are measuring for subjective and objective outcomes.
