We have been a registered NDIS Provider since 2013 and completed our second certified audit in 2023. A lot has changed in this time and is likely to keep changing. The NDIS is constantly updating its website and resources to support participants' understanding of processes and ways to gain support. Here are a few valuable links:

Access Orthotics actively seeks to support the NDIS Code of Conduct within our clinics and actions.

  • act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with relevant laws and conventions

  • respect the privacy of people with disability

  • provide support and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill

  • act with integrity, honesty, and transparency

  • promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that might have an impact on the quality and safety of support provided to people with disability

  • take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disability

  • take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

At Access Orthotics, we have intentionally designed our clinic and processes around a patient-centered model. We strive to give you the best care and services possible.
